Why do people have such high expectations. Apple developed some great technology, but it will make the phone extremely expensive. So, they have to release a money ,magnet until they are able to make the newer technology affordable.

Apple is still the best in the business. I've been using them since 3G and never switched back, iPhone is the best cellphone I've ever used

It's from a comedy site but basically it's all true. Apple is a company run by douchebags who believe their own hype. You give them your money and they'll just sh*t on you some more.

Buying 3Gs and 4s is stupid, they are merely slight upgrades to older phones.

What was the dif between 3g and 3gs: only speed and videocam, yet it costed far more.

Now dif between 4 and 4s: better camera, icloud (who needs this?) and voice manager (who needs this?)

LOL haters. Ok ill never understand how one lets their self be taken for a massive ride, whilst being annually raped in the arse by apple.

The damn thing doesn't even make phone calls properly sometimes.

Also the amount of proprietary bullshit that Apple brings to the table is insane and frankly unacceptable. This is a company that purchases smaller companies who make similar software in order to have less competition.

A company that bans applications on their app store if they are better than apps that they make.

Technically when you buy an Iphone or any other Apple product according to them it's not really yours. They are just allowing you to use it. Which is why you have to "jailbreak" it. Seriously you have to "jailbreak" something you already paid for, something that costs more than other SUPERIOR products that you can use without feeling like a criminal.

They have also (more than once) been caught lying about their system specs as well as sneaking in second rate malware onto Non Apple products.

Oh the final insult? Their products are not even that good, if anything they suck pretty hard. Your IPhone fell to the ground and the screen is scratched? Buy a new one because there is no point in trying to repair it.

Like I said in another thread I don't buy Apple products simply out of principle.

i guess now i understand why apple is trying to ban galaxy around the world..... both their tablet and phones is being owned by it and they can't beat it....

they already got it banned in Germany because Galaxy tab has

-a rectangular product shape with all four corners uniformly rounded;
-a metallic surround framing the perimeter of the top surface;
-the front surface of the product dominated by a screen surface with black borders;

TBH I was expecting this new iPhone to blow away the SII but after all the time they had to improve on what they had, its still arguably inferior to the SII

What are you talking about? The cellphone market share is dominated by Android phones - not Apple. The hardware on Android phones is far superior to iPhones. If you look at price competitiveness, Apple might as well just commit suicide.

The only thing Apple are setting the pace at is, perhaps, user-friendliness ... That comes at a wildly inflated price. IOTW, it's a confidence trick of epic proportions.

Samsung are just taking back what is theirs. To use a football analogy: Samsung (Barca) want the iPhone (Fabregas) back because Apple (Arsenal) stole it from them. The iPhone has Samsung DNA.

see to the ordinary customer like me not only does 99% if all the techno-mumbo-jumbo make absolutley no sense but tbh we couldnt care less about half the stuff thats said there, like for example wtf is a "Quadband GSM, quadband HSPA+ 21 / 42 or CDMA / EV-DO Rev. A, WiMax" or a "1.2GHz dual-core Samsung Exynos or 1.5GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S3"? it may as well be written in another language.
if these comanies are going to invest so much money in putting these things with funny names in their phones they should at least make it possible for the common consumer to understand what they are and thekr pros and cons without having to be some sort of computer scientist

and thats why iPhone rapes everything, cause its basic,user friendly and its marketing builds upon that and appeals to the lowest common denominator who is more then happy to spend alot of $$ on a high tech product that they can understand

as for me i have the iphone 3Gs and im still in love with it, when my plan expires ill simply upgrade to whatever the newest avaiable iPhone is
