Next season's kit design

It looks like next season the kits will be returning back to roots for home and away kits. First kit will be returning to traditional stripes. The second kit will feature stripes as well, but it will be the color of Catalunia flag, with yellow and red stripes.

Correct me if am wrong as my spanish is work in progress.

Yep, though I can correct a small thing. A bit of trivia... the first kit Barca played in was actually white! lol

I like this idea, but it has to be done well. If it is done well and with nice trim (black) then it can look badass and I will definitely buy one. However, it could also look really tacky like that one in the picture, or Valencia's away kit last year.

The trick is firing the monkeys working for Nike in the design department. I think every single one of us on this forum could design a nicer kit than them.

I wouldn't mind it at all, personally a kit like 2008/09 would be welcome as it conveyed the message while being classy and subtle at the same time.

It's a little soon for 2013/14 kit rumors though

Something coming out this early I have to doubt...but I think like Kizz if pulled off right can look great. I like the idea.

Good thing the home kit would be returning to classic Barca stripes, if they do it well I'll definitely get one. I'll probably get one regardless though.

Maybe it's coming out this early because of the huge amounts of disgust this years away kit produced along with the simplicity of the home kit

This year's away kit sucked so badly that people have chosen to forget that it ever existed and started thinking about the new kit for next year.

When this happens, as a brand (Nike), you know you f***ed up.

This is good new in several ways. I just hope it is true.
1. I kind of like the home kit, but i want to return to stripes next year.
2. The Catalan flag will be the kit for away games = more pissed off spanish teams when they see it :DDD
3. Since the colors of Catalan flag clash with this season's away kit, probably our third kit will remain black- hopefully this years away kit will be lost totally.

It's a smoke screen. Today's Catalonia national day and there's the biggest demonstration of all time for independence. Rosell is not attending in representation of Barcelona fc and has been very criticized. Next day this news comes out...

I'll buy the Catalan flag kit. for me, it should be our permanent second kit.

Not really an original idea, Los Che have already done it. So have Girona and Sabadell.

Doesn't matter if it's an original idea or not.
It would be great that our second kit has the colours of the catalan flag permanently.

I really do hope they don't use this years away kit as our third kit next season. It's trash. Hope they keep the black or use one of our old away kits from the past....ANYTHING but the nonsense away kit from this season. I hope we never have to see it again

With different collar and sleave trim color (maybe black?) it could look beast. Compared to this years away kit that thing is a work of art lol

Honestly I'd rather talk about the home kit: Nike hasn't made a home kit that I've considered purchasing for over 3 seasons now. Get your act together.

This photoshop looks awesome IMO. However... gotta have black trim like I said before.

Like the 2nd kit, wish it has a little black in it somewhere, perhaps some lining but whatever, I like it.

The home kit looks decent, but it has the look of Levante somehow.

What's up with the yellow collars...I don't like them.

Improvement, but there's still gradient. Why in god would they do that again? Nonetheless, with a good fit these could be nice.

I like it, only problem I have with it is the collar, a little too thick. Same flaw as 2010/11, but other than that better than the past 2 years.
