Which club is best for Llorente?
Best club takes into consideration all the factors including, main spearhead, definite play time week in week out, system that suits his abilities and that will make him a better player. Something good for his future too.
In that case, which team(s) would be the best place to go for Llorente? The three teams that could use him are Juventus, Arsenal, and Chelsea.

Re: Which club is best for Llorente?
Juventus, aside from being a Juventus fan that's probably the best choice.
First off, starting chances.
At Juventus he would be first in the pecking order in a 2 striker system.
That's guaranteed game time.
At chelsea he would be second to Torres for now and in a 1 striker system he would not be guaranteed a lot of game time.
Even less time at Arsenal because they play with 1 striker and now have Giroud and Podolski who both went there to be played.
Juventus' system would be a great fit for Llorente, our wing backs are willing crossers of the ball. Vucinic would be playing little passes in the box for/with Llorente and Pirlo could find him from nearly anywhere on the pitch.
Juventus have a great young team and would probably be good for his future competing for the league every year unlike Prem clubs because let's face it here. With the latest dealings serie A is probably going to be way less competitive in terms of the top spot than the Prem will be.

I'd say Juve. Much as many a gooner would like him at Arsenal, we already have Giroud and Podolski is also being used up front. So much so that Mirallas picked Everton in favour of more playing time depite the "negotiations with Arsenals were at an advanced stage".
Ofcourse, there is no doubting how much good Wenger can do with good young players and how much they can benefit under him. Probably, Arsenal would make him a better player and do his future some good.
However, I rate Conte well. From what I understand, he would be involved in training, etc. and just not at pitch side. Juve need a striker. He would get playing time. Playing with that Juve midfield behind him would give him a lot of confidence too. Good for both parties.
Chelsea would be a bad call. Ofcourse, I haven't read much linking him to them, but I feel opportunities will be limited and I have my doubts about the quality of RDM to break the manager-merry-go-round at Chelsea.
In any case, I am happy Spuds went for Adebaywhore. It would have been hard, and threatening, to see him lead their line. (Ofcourse, the CL participation might have been a stumbling block to that deal).
EDIT: TomJuve beat me to it with a similar opinion.

Juve by far.He would got alot of chances to score and he could always cling on those long balls and crosses from Pirlo.

I doubt we'd go for him, too old. But you never know, would prefer to see him at Juve.

We've been bringing in younger players recently. Cahill aside we've signed Mata, Romeu, Hazard, Lukaku, Oscar, Courtois, Marin and will probably be bringing in Moses/Azpilicueta. Everybody we've signed has been around 20.

I'd say Juventus. The other 2 team's are superior. Llorente and Giroud are both targetmen. Plus Chelsea have Torres.

I think he will be a top scorer at either club, his style suited for both. I think Liverpool need him more though.
