Yeh I think he's a good player and played well everytime he's played for them. If he plays consistently over the next few years he can turn out to be a DM version of Modric who everyone wants.

He has more technique than Lass that is for sure he can tackle, pass and definitely can shoot. I would take him over Lass (because he wants to leave).

Well he does have adequate technique and can pick a pass. But he's more of a DM. With his tackling I think he's suited to the EPL. If we were to get him then he would need to start imo.

I remember this match, he would give Khedira a run for his money and imo he is under rated.

Sandro vs Liverpool this will probably sum his game for those who have not seen him play.

I look at the defense as a given, so i give more attention to what he can contribute offensively, and how comfortable he is with the ball. Any player that can give you an extra second of possession nd contribute going forward is welcome.

I don't like it when we sign players from EPL. They usually have some problems adapting to the technical/passing side of la liga. So, no to the swap Very Happy

@Babun he is Brazilian he is good technically and is a good passer and yeh I agree with Ganso he will be on the bench for us. If we are going to replace Lass then I would not mind Sandro tbh.

Are you talking about the Sandro from Tottenham? He couldn't do anything against Ozil. That was his job, to stop the AM from doing damage Very Happy

Fellaini vs Khedira?

I choose Khedira. Fellaini is too expensive for the bench and will demand playing time.

Khedira is pretty much our DM except he's a box to box. I don't think we really need Essien, Fellaini or any other big name DM.

yh, i would go for a "better" player to replace Kaka and that's it.

as long as we work on team pressure we can withstand any attack, without having to worry about a single player doing all the defensing for the rest.

Altintop could play B2B in a 4-3-3. So, we don't need a replacement for Lass, should he go Very Happy

Sandro
7.0

Shadowed Ozil's every move in an energetic display that once again highlighted his top-level credentials. It will be tough for Tom Huddlestone to force his way back into the starting line-up.

Mesut Özil

5.5

His precise corner teed up Adebayor for the early opener but the German struggled to shrug off the attentions of his shadow, also known as Sandro. Subbed late on.

With Canales rumoured to be leaving I actually don't mind having Kaka as a backup to Ozil. I mean who wouldn't want Kaka as a backup? But the thing is he would be better off starting at another club, especially at his age.

oh yeah sure, there isnt 10 players out there i would sign to replace kaka for example, unless we are miraculously interested in signing a spanish playmaker Smile there is no point selling him.

Tottenham was actally doing a good job stopping us, we scored but they werent exactly easy to crack. we beat them on crosses mainly and a solo action, nothing through the middle, so on that basis, Sandro patrolled his area very well.

Kaka/Ozil rotation is just what we need if we are going to compete on all fronts. Give Kaka one more season it only takes 1 season to become the player he was.
