What are we going to do with 60mil? Shell them on a defender and a defensive midfielder? Or perhaps Costa and a bench warmer?

I am against this; 100m might be enticing not from a fan view but from a club perspective.

Hazard, despite being the best player in Chelsea is very under-rated. He is not being used properly, Mourniho is not managing him properly.
