The effort to win the penalty initially was the best play he made all game, his second and third goals were absolute gifts, hardly demonstrative of his admitted talent.
Well to be fair to him, Bayern were doing a good job of controlling the ball and disconnecting him from the midfielders yet he still managed to press until the game ended and take his chances

Re: The Official Sergio Aguero Appreciation Thread
He gave the ball away constantly, was way too greedy at times
But yeah he was clinical and at the end of the day done what matters most.

Munich were the more dominant side but City certainly had their periods of ascendancy during the game and they had enough of the ball to carve open better chances throughout the match but failed to do so, they had to rely on pretty basic errors in the end. Fair play to them though for actually getting the job done though but this wasn't exactly a game for future highlights reels.

El Kun at this moment is the best "pure" striker of the world.

Sergio Aguero wrote:"If I had to choose a league then it would be the Premier League.
"I have been a Liverpool fan for as long as I can remember and it would be a dream to play there.
"I watched the Champions League final and celebrated every goal as if it was for Independiente."

Re: The Official Sergio Aguero Appreciation Thread
True but I think for City he used to share penalty taking duties with Toure, right?

Re: The Official Sergio Aguero Appreciation Thread
Your Right BC, Last year Toure score 6 Penalties.
I would prefer if Toure take them since Aguero has missed at least 3 that I can remember of the top of my head in the last 2 seasons.

Even more impressive when you consider he's got the highest goals per minute ratio in PL history.

Re: The Official Sergio Aguero Appreciation Thread
lol, I feel for fantasy players who have to shuffle Aguero in and out all the time. At least Sturridge stays injured.
Anyway, City have very easy December fixtures, shouldn't really matter who they have up top: Leicester away, Palace home, West Brom away, Burnley home.

Pellegrini took the piss. Could've easily got 1 or 2 more and set a PL record.
