Re: UEFALONA strikes again?
He's right tho, Barca should have had atleast one penalty in the first leg.
Love it how everyone always ignores the calls that dont go Barca's way and bring up every call that does go their way no matter how minor.
Hang on outplayed Barca? you had 1 shot on target lol and gave up at 2-1 at half time when you need a 2-2 draw to go through ?
What a horrible excuse that is, If Barca had thier shooting boots on they could have easily had 5 or 6.
Yes it wasnt a penalty but Milan didnt do anywhere near enough to go through.

Re: UEFALONA strikes again?
I'm talkin about the 2nd leg ref.Eivindo wrote:barca 2011 wrote:Robinho was not robbed. Two penalties weren't called in the first leg for Barca. U guys never outplayed Barca either. Ref had no say in any of those situations bro.Grande_Milano wrote:2 penalties
1 goal robbed from Robinho attack
milan gave up after 2nd pen
barca outplayed milan, no. it was ref
:vagi:
3-2??? lol, After the whistle blew from Robinho's handball, u could tell everyone stopped playing, as most players tend to do when the ref blows his whistle, to stop the play. The ball flew in without because everyone else around the ball knew it mattered not. And don't call BS on two very questionable (in Barca's favor) penalties when they clearly got robbed of two at the SS. It's football mate.Grande_Milano wrote:SES penalty not given first leg
1st Barca penalty, I would ve given (but some say he was offside)
2nd not a pen in most countries (typical brawl in the box with Busi falling like little crybaby)
Robinho hand, not. Milan player was on ball after Robin's ball deflected from Valdez, and scored
3-2 with 2 penalties, we didnt deserve to go out like this. I d rather see us thrashed 4-0 than being robbed like this

Re: UEFALONA strikes again?
barcelona players didnt even ask for a penalty in that incident, it was referee himself.

Re: UEFALONA strikes again?
Ahhh, i see barcelonas reputation still hasnt recovered from ovrebo
tbf, people do tend to ignore the decisions that go against barcelona. Having said that some of the decisions that go in their favour are incredible. Shirt pulling is allowed in every single penalty area in the world except the nou camp now? we can add that one to not being allowed to kick the ball 0.4 seconds after the whistle (not in dissent or timewasting) without being sent off
.............................. its a disgrace

Milan was actually looking stronger after they scored, remember in the group they showed they can play on equal footing. Second pen was the end of the game

Re: UEFALONA strikes again?
i didnt think Milan looked good at all, the back four where losing the ball everytime they got it, remember that's how the first penalty happen and no offence to the kid but when Missi steals the ball off you it really says something about the player's performances
what other chance did Milan have apart from the Nocerino goal???
after the 2nd penalty it was still 2-1, 1 goal would have got you through but you didnt have enough chances to actually score that 2nd and Barca deservedly got their 3rd in the second half, which meant game over
in the group stage ill admit you looked good but here it was a totally different Milan, but then again when the commentator said it was Allegris first Quaterfinal ever it really got me thinking, was it inexperience????

The truth is: the Milan players were really tired. So many injuries meant many players were given no breaks and were fatigued, some players returned from injury while not being at 100%, and some players and the coach included had no experience of playing in the quarter finals.
Regardless, Milan will be back next year. All we need are some new signings...
