Let's not get so far ahead of ourselves here. A Madrid- Bayern date is by no means set. Real has 99.9% beaten APOEL so their spot is good. However looking at the game today there are some very shaky things right now about Bayern.

First it was a very nervy start in which OM could of had the upper hand. It looked alot like the way Bayern played against Basel in the last 16.

Second, the defending of set pieces was, well it was crappy. Starting with a corner that should of put them up 1-0 Bayern never looked really comfortable defnding them either.
There is still good hope for Marseille in this tie especially if they get a quick won against Bayern on Tuesday.

Assuming a Madrid - Bayern date happens, Bayern better start off alot better in Madrid than in Switzerland and France because Real will punish them more than OM and Basel and as a result, the tie could be over quickly in Madrid's favour.

as a neutral im really looking forward to this game. there is always some tense and high anticipation when bayern meets real madrid. and its even more interesting and game to look forward to because both bayern and madrid is a different team full of some great talents.
