I feel like the key with young players is to not overplay them and rotate them, at least early on. Injuries while a young player is developing is the worst thing that can happen to them.

Did really well yesterday. That Porto FB is terrible though. His end product is terrible though. Could develop into a great player if he improves his end product.

For all the times he went past the fb yesterday I cant think of one good balk he played in the box or shot for that matter

Issue with Barca is load management with these youngsters. Hoping he can avoid injuries unlike Balde, Pedri, and Gavi.

Yeah he's already playing too many minutes. Given that Barca is strapped for cash and can't buy proper wingers, I'm afraid he will continue to play too often for his age next season....instead of featuring for 20-30 minutes at a time

That's my real worry with him as for a 16 year old, he is playing way too much minutes. Then again, I'm really a big fan of his talents and hope he doesn't end up like Pedri and Gavi where injuries constantly hamper them.

Wouldnt sell him even if it meant solving our financial woes. Its never worth it. Since Neymar was sold for 222m its only been downhill and talent like that is rare.

If Barca cashed in on Messi, they'd have never forgiven themselves. In hindsight, these 250m would be nothing compared to the heritage, glory, memories, iconic moments and revenue that one player can bring over more than a decade.

Yamal likely isnt as talented, but suppose he were an iconic player in the future, that money is nothing.

I doubt if he will go, also doubt Laporta will sell him, as he said their were going to count on their academy and youth, with Yamal at the top of the list.

I also discount all this Barca talk about getting Nico Williams. Bilbao have said they have hear the rumours and aren’t the least bit concerned. As I stated earlier practically noone leaves Bilbao.

As for Nico, he seems ready to leave only waiting for Barca to make the move. I see him hanging out with Pedri and Yamal in Spain training all the time
