Meh, frankly I don't see neither of Thiago or Fábregas becoming Xavi's successor. Fábregas doesn't have the composure to be competent in that position and Thiago is a Brazilian in heart and loves playing up the pitch. Not to mention Xavi is irreplaceable for Barcelona and people will realise this once he declines and eventually retires.

Funny how most thought he was an average player prior to the Guardiola era.

Sincerely believe either Ini will fall back into Xavi's role or Busquets will push up into it.

Reasonable idea though remember Xavi will most probably gonna retire when Pep leaves or retire after Pep leaves as Im sure Pep will go soon as we have all been fearing. Maybe not this season but after next season, if we win the Champions League trophy for the third time. Pep will call it quits and go somewhere to find more success. Xavi will be around 33 and may have another year or two in him and then he will leave. Depending on who repalces Pep, we may not need that kind of player like Xavi.

Not sure why the thought of PEpe wanting to leave so soon as soon as another CL win.... find more success else where? Where better to win trophies than at Barca?

IF things stay stable on the pitch and off, and hes happy I Dont see why he would wanna leave.
