Buffon couldve scored that goal that Padoin did.

Still dont think hes showed that hes worth the Juve shirt. To me - hes still a waste of 5m and 5 year contract. Average player. Average average average.

That's what I thought also. Our pure strikers failed to score even we had 5 goals. Did Quags even touch the ball? :S At least Matri gave an assist.

Anyways, outstanding world class performance by Vucinic. 1 goal and 3 assists, last 2 games were great for him.

This result will change things, im sure of it...we can still dream...Forza Juve!!!

We played a great game today, even before the sending off we were kinda dominating, it's a nice moral boost before a long streak of hard games.
But we shouldn't get carried away seeing that Fiorentina kinda collapsed after the second goal.

How was Caceres? In fact how has he been the past few weeks at CB?

I like it the way the team plays with teamwork ..
the reason why midfielders score is because we lack a clinical striker.. like u have seen last match.. matri easily missed easy chances..

But dont u agree with me it would be much much better if we had a clinical finisher attacker?

Caceres was good. He had a couple silly silly passes, but besides that his presence was great. He was confident and cool.

Ofcourse I agree we need a top class forward.
But the reason that the forwards didnt score today has nothign to do with not having a top class forward.
I didnt see our forwards wasting ANY chances or easily losing the ball or making a meal out of an excellent pass or missing a shooting opportunity.
Even if we had a Kun Aguero, i wouldnt guess that the scoreline would be much different in THIS PARTICULAR game.

This game was won with TEAM play - not with moments of individual brilliance which we need in most of the other games we have/will play.

Matri did basically nothing like last game.. Vucinic did most work in attack

sure he was ineffective but thats because he didnt get any decent balls his way....
Now you can argue he shouldve scored the rebound from Vucinic's shot that hit the post - so maybe he blew that chance but apart from that, he was in decent positions for most of the attacking play but today was Vucinic's day - the ball seemed to find its way to him

Dont forget that Matri is a PrimaPunta.. hes not a creator, hes not a SS - he needs service to score. Hes a target man. Unfortunately, he wasnt targetted today.

I do think if we had a player like Mario Gomez (my DREAM signing), he wouldve been more effective as a target man than Matri - ill readily admit that. Maybe the ball would find its way to players like him more so than Matri

But the fact that we won 5-0 without Matri scoring isnt really a reflection of our Strikers INABILITY but more a reflection of our teams (and Vucinic's when hes in form) ABILITY
