I haven't heard anything about this "unproper behavior", but my first instinct tells me it's Porto giving tit for tat to City for threatening to report them for racist sounds towards Balo and Yaya.

Not meaning to be cynical, however my immediate reaction was that Porto are trying to get back at City now that the UEFA investigation into racist chants being aimed at Balotelli and Toure from the first leg is about to begin.

If it's an accurate claim it's very disappointing, the sooner these particular fans are eradicated from the game the better.

What nonsense. Most likely Porto just reporting City since they did the same. Not sure why both clubs are taking shots at each other. I watched both games and didn't notice anything.

However, should these claims be true, I hope they ban the fans who did it.

They reporting City because City reported them, for what turns out to be no reason.

They claimed monkey chants when it in fact they were chanting "Hulk, Hulk"
