That's the generally accepted name of goals on fifa where you and another player get in behind the defence, get a 2v1 or more run at the GK and square it for a tap in.

Basically when the lobby lagged out I was being 2v1'd and I got mad.

I'll give the game a proper crack tomorrow but really I have had more than enough futuristic FPS games, I cba concentrating on dealing with and exploiting all this super techno crap, Star Wars is different, it's established in the star wars universe but this generic futuristic stuff doesn't do it for me.

I agree, and that's the main reason why I'm not going to get the game. I do want to try it out, though. Good thing you can just cancel your pre-order after playing the beta version.

I came into the beta to absolutely hate it but I was surprised. It isn't what I thought it was going to be and I guess playing with my friends help.

Not sure if you could swim in previous call of duty but swimming is so damn cool

Just played two matches using only the locust sniper rifle. I definitely like this game a lot better than Advanced Warfare, but that doesn't mean that it's good Razz

I'm having fun with the game right now, but I'll probably grow tired of it soon. I have yet to run into any other snipers that quickscope. There are a lot of hardcore spot camping hardscopers, though.

Quickscoping doesn't seem to be that much harder, but the increased sensitivity when zoomed in makes trying to track targets kind of awkward. I think the trick will be to adjust and find the optimal sensitivity setting for it, and a lot of people will be quickscoping in this game. Also, aiming down your sight with sniper rifles feels a bit awkward, as it starts off slow and then suddenly zooms all the way in. I don't know why they made it this way. Just more futuristic hipster crap, I suppose..

I've had no problems with hit detection, so far.. something that's been a recurring problem during the first few weeks of Treyarch's games. I've noticed that occasionally there's a significant difference between where the opponent player appears on the killcams compared to real time, though - making it look as if I was firing into thin air/way off target. It's probably just a beta issue.

I made a short video from my first few matches in Black Ops 3. I'm enjoying it so far, but shotguns are overpowered and the occasional laggy opponent can be frustrating as hell Razz

Overwhelming amounts of killstreaks and specialist perks piss me off too, but I don't think they're as imbalanced as some people on the internet make them out to be. The spawns are pretty bad, but I've experienced worse in past CoD games.

Yeah I've noticed shotguns got quite a bit of range after few games.

The specialists abilities/weapons remind me of destiny. I've seen a "titan smash" and "golden gun" lol

Playing around with paint jobs is fun but I wish there was a way to copy and paste the different creations between guns it's a pain having to do it all over from scratch.

Yeah, they seem to have straight out copied certain things from Titanfall and Destiny and added their own touch to them, China style Razz

I spent a silly amount of time creating custom emblems for Black Ops and Advanced Warfare. I wish you could just import the emblems you've already created, instead of having to create new ones...

Already level 20-something. I never thought I'd say this, but I've changed my mind - I might actually get this game Razz

It's been such a long time since I've played a CoD game that I thought was decently fun to play. Now, if they fix the insanely annoying lag difference by the time they release the full game, I can see myself actually playing Black Ops 3 beyond the first week after it's release. I played a game of S&D earlier where I got a 4-man clutch with the magnum thingy you get as a specialist perk. It was so intense, lol.

I think I've gotten all of the killstreaks in the game by now. Either through care package or legitimately. Some of them are pretty cool, and some of them didn't really do anything because no enemies got near them. I had this box thing that I put near a bomb in S&D. We were dominating the other team, so I never got to see what it does :/ I also got one that drops a bunch of spiky metal balls that went around and slaughtered the other team. That one was pretty overpowered. I'm playing around with different specialist abilities right now. I think some of them are going to affect S&D a lot... I mean, just off the top of my head, there are two different self-ressurect abilities, and the Nomad one that I use which fires out claymore things that eat up enemies that pass by them. Despite all of the things in the game that can potentially cause a lot of imbalance in the game, I haven't really been that bothered by anything in the beta... apart from people who camp in the waters ffs.
