Will creating this thread finally be justified?

Found this interesting....

but auto-restoration is not happening. Reading between the lines, I gather that med-packs are the likely solution, perhaps even called for from medics, rather than just sitting around.

"You have to worry about every bullet," says Schofield. "You're not the superhero. You can't just stand there taking seven bullets, ducking, shooting again. It's refreshing for us to deal with recruits who aren't tier-one warriors, to show that vulnerability. They're naive. It's been a really cool challenge creating this different kind of gameplay."

http://www.polygon.com/features/2017/4/26/15428192/call-of-duty-wwii-impressions-analysis-preview

They didn't specify if it's just single player or multiplayer as well though.

I feel very very confident COD will not disappoint, This is going to be the greatest WWII game for a very long time.

Media hype tbh.

I played the beta it's trash. Map design is trash, hit detection is trash, kill streaks are trash and TTK was trash( although they could have fixed this part)

Didn't feel like any other CoD but with a WW2 skin slapped over it, shame too as i was really hyped for it. Although i won't deny that single player might be good, as other recent CoD's have been.

I'm playing on xbox, I like it. It's very simple and the boots on the grounds concept is much more appealing to me then previous CODs.

My only complaint is the lack of proper guns, I feel like the only good sub is the PPSH and the only good rifle is the BAR. You just won't outgun someone who's using either with another gun. Other guns like the type 100, STG.44 are good but they're not meta.

Competitive play is literally BAR, PPSH and sometimes one player on the team with an FG 42

Divisions, prestiging divisions and guns is cool too

Yeah it’s worth it

Also just played the first mission after people were hyping up the SP. Damn that opening mission (D day) was insane. Haven’t felt this attached to cod SP since cod4

Hope they buff the scorestreaks

Getting the 3 highest streaks and seeing how each gets me 3-5 kills is depressing

Already damn hard to get streaks, why not make them strong then smh

Didn't have time to purchase the game after work today. Too many chores and crap I had to get out of the way first, and the local gamestops all close in half an hour. Will pick it up tomorrow Molenation

Yeah, I got the game, but I have such a busy schedule in the next few days that I'm not sure when I'll have time to play it. I'll probably be online on tuesday or wednesday evening/night.

My first match in this game was a team deathmatch against a bunch of corner campers ffs Laughing The gameplay is smooth. Not as smooth as Titanfall 2's gameplay, but still as smooth as you'd expect from a Call of Duty game. I'm not a fan of the maps at all, but they're not the worst I've ever played. Don't know why they opted to blatantly copy the Overwatch "play of the game" instead of keeping game winning kill, but it's not a big deal. Don't know what to think of this new faction/class feature and the social hub. Is S&D any good in WW2?

Haven’t played CoD since our last match together in mw:R. Played the game for an hour or so last night and the rustiness wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. I recommend getting Titanfall 2 for cheap by the way. The multiplayer is tons of fun and the single player is great too. It’s a super underrated game that I personally enjoyed more than any of the post Ghost call of duties. Picked it up from PS store for about 100kr Laughing Totally worth it!
