I'm merely pointing out the amount of kill cams not involving me that some is running with a ballistic knife with a couple of wildcards and their screen is bloodshot red but still manage to sprint through a wave of bullets to knife the shooter.

Also Phritz, the term "pro-FPS players" is borderline stupid. You can become a pro at a game, not a whole genre. Also, you're underestimating CoD players. There's a Swedish players called IncredibleOrb who is a CoD pub stomper now and he has 1v1'd all the best/"pro" Counterstrike players and beat them all including the best CS player (then) 11-0 out of 21 rounds. Also, another CoD player, Raimpstage has gone pro in Shootmania in just a matter of few months. Just saying.

Black Ops 2 is out by the way, not sure why you're bringing up MW3 problems just now...

If you had scrolled a bit further up you'd've read my post as to why I'm evaluating MW3. IncredibleOrb is a former competitive CS 1.6 player so that's a really stupid point to bring up to be honest, and there is no "best" CS player because it's a team game - it's like holding any value to 1v1's in MOBA games.

FPS so far is the only genre where players make seamless transitions from one game to the other, historically FPS Pro's gravitated towards the games with the most prize money, whether it be players usually known for the CS1.6 exploits playing in Painkiller tournaments etc.

@Thimmy for me it's either the teamwork strategy and mindgames of Counterstrike 1.6 and Source (plus having to deal with recoil and bullet spread as well has having to focus on getting a headshot as fast as possible) or the persistant aiming skill and map knowledge required in Quake or Halo: CE.

It just seems to me in CoD you only have to aim at the torso for 1-2 seconds and just know where potential campers can lie in wait. Once again I cannot stress how much the flinch mechanic breaks the game and the only thing that can be argued for its inclusion in game balance is that the sniper rifles are completely broken, all of them. You can't argue for realism because the shooting mechanics in this game are far from it.

The entire multiplayer is designed to appeal to a casual audience. The problem with doing that with an FPS is that then there's not much left-over to separate skilled players from noobs, 1-Hit melee is one of those things that casualize the game and wont be removed I'm sorry to tell you guys.

It's a fun game when you look at it casually, but trying to be serious just ends up frustrating because there are so many things to be frustrated about.

Think about that for a second: Black Ops 2 players – no shining examples of maturity, sure, but still gamers – harassed the number 1 ranked Xbox 360 player IN THE WORLD – a rank which he earned legitimately – for being better than them.

What's the best Black Ops 2 class?

Scorpion with grip, Silencer & fast mag, hardline, toughness, engineer, wildcard: primary gunfighter, C4 & concussion. That's my SD class

Remove fast mag, and primary gunfighter, and put wild card: perk 1, Ghost with hardline for GW or domi/tdm

Can't play ground war or other big game modes without ghost...

Using the PDW-57 atm. Tends to take long to kill. Prefer guns that kill quickly. What's the main differences between MSMC and Skorpion?

Like does Skorpion kill quicker etc?

Msmc with suppressor and extended clip the way to go

Scorpion is the fastest killing SMG, MT. You'll probably want to use MSMC for higher stability and range, though.
