From Hero to Zero
He was GOD at Arsenal.
Captain, highest paid player and could easilly become one of the best on history of this club.
Whats hes done?
Moved to his home club with a pay cut and now being criticized for his performances.
His situation at Inter is a mistery.
Can someone tell me whats wrong with him?
No comment... Real Madrid is not the best destination right now.
Anyone on your mind who destroyed his career recently?

Re: From Hero to Zero
lol what? Fabregas seems to be doing alright to me. Everyone has bad days here and there. Sneijder needs to move on is all. I agree about the 3rd one. That's why I wouldn't want Neymar at RM.. it could be the same with no playing time.

Re: From Hero to Zero
Please… Fabregas receives nowhere near zero treatment.
He is utilized differently than most of us thought and he receives a fair amount of criticism but without his goals this season our situation would be dire

Huntelaar's reputation was put on life support at Madrid, but thankfully, Schalke were able to resuscitate it

What are you talking about? Dzeko has played in 20/24 EPL games for City and started about 85% of those games. Not to mention he's 5th in the EPL in goals.
I mean do people even deal with reality before they post on here? To call Dzeko a bit part player is insane, and if you thought he was going to go to City and outshine Silva, Aguero or Yaya then you never knew what you were talking about in the first place.
As for Fab I wont even bother to answer it's so insane especially after his performance just a couple days ago.

Re: From Hero to Zero
Ok then, let me rephrase it. From a stand out player at Wolfsburg, to just another face in the multimillion pound crowd at City. Hero to zero.

Re: From Hero to Zero
I would say that's about fair. I mean there's a lot of really good players on City's team who gets a lot less burn then he does so he def deserves his place in the team and again he's 5th in the EPL in goals.
With him being 5th in the EPL in goals, let me ask you a question. What did you expect from him when he went to the EPL? Did you think he would lead the league in goals? Did you think he was better then RVP, Rooney, Kun etc?
I mean he probably makes double what he was making getting more endorsements and more famous being a team player at City then he ever would being Wolfsburg's main man.
If it were not for Demba Ba totally exploding he's pretty much right where you would expect him to be, behind RVP, Rooney and Kun.

Re: From Hero to Zero
Thanks man, that really aids the discussion a lot.
I don't know why you pulled RVP out of thin air to compare him to Dzeko or actually you didn't compare them you really just insulted Dzeko for no reason what so ever.
This forum makes me lose faith in humanity sometimes.

Re: From Hero to Zero
I wanted to make my suggestion for this thread as well
From Hero to Zero
From invincible to expensive scrub, he had to sell his silver polishing items on ebay to finance the purchase of Benayoun and Park

Re: From Hero to Zero
Not really dnmac4 I was just using RVP as a scale to compare Dzeko to.
Btw your welcome.

Re: From Hero to Zero
Dzeko is actually a good example. He is NO WHERE near his Wolfsburg form. He was at Gómez level scoring in his days, and in shitty Wolfsburg. I wanked over this guy back in the day, but it seems he's really lost confidence or just has not adapted at all to England.
