Who did you choose as Male Shepard?
Re: Mass Effect Thread
Any chance of this coming to PS5?

That's an impossible question to answer, i loved it at the time but who knows what the reaction to it would be today?
I can only say to try it for yourself and see, i know that's not a great answer for something that's actually tied to money but i think telling you what it would be like would be a lie.

Story wise though no, Mass Effect 1 is not skippable at all.

This
Noveria, meeting Sovereign in Virmire, Vigil in Ilos and Saren boss fight will probably stay in my memory till i'm dead, best gaming experience of my life.
Also unpopular opinion but i enjoyed those side missions where you visit barren planets with that crazy vehicle.

Well, I followed your advices and got the trilogy on steam, I like shooter rpgs. The first one has been great story wise so far but the gameplay cannot compare even to Borderlands 1. I'm still having fun so who cares ( dragon warrior story in a star trek like universe FTW). Turians are cool as f**k.

Why did you simply not wait for the Legendary Edition which is coming out in a few weeks?

I didn't know I just grabbed on sale. They're going to update the graphics, doesn't make much of a difference for the gameplay or story.

I'm in the middle of the story now. Laying off and waiting for the remaster would be kinda

Wow... I don't even care about the graphics, the "feel" of this game is the greatest thing ever
I was never much of a gamer, and I completely quit gaming because I knew nothing will ever top this, the Mass Effect universe.
Only thing that came close for me was SWKOTOR I and II.

Re: Mass Effect Thread
No point in getting hyped for this since it'll come out in eight years maybe.
You realize there's gonna be a 10 year gap between Dragon Age Inquisition and Dreadwolf lmao?

I'm playing Andromeda for some reason, and you know what? This is a great game. I don't know if they've fixed it since or was I looking at it through the lense of the trilogy, but I remember not being thrilled, while I'm having fun with it now tbh.

Hmm might have to fire that one back up then. What I remember from it was that it was very buggy. Nearly lost my save due to a really bad glitch.

Re: Mass Effect Thread
No glitches at all so far, the story is good. I only find Scott Ryder a bit uninspiring tbh, Shepard >>>>>>>.
Would rather be even Alec Ryder, he is badass N7.

Re: Mass Effect Thread
I am loving my second Andromeda run tbh.
Until I randomly saw a clip from the original trilogy and remembered how ridiculously incredible it was ffs.
Nothing will ever top Mass Effect 123.
