Bayern belongs to the Bundesliga - and here the winner is usually only decided in the very last matches, so just as you can't say so early that Bayern can win it, you neither can say Bayern can't win it before the last matchday of a season is played.

Heck, last season at this very time, Borussia Mönchengladbach was at place 18, had 13 points and a goal difference of -20. Guess what? They stayed in the BL. Eintracht Franfurt was at place 8 with 26 points and a GD of 0, and they were relegated to the 2nd Bundesliga. So never take anything for granted so early in the season.

I am pretty sure Madrid would have ran away with it by now, Bayern have the necessary players to do the same but the coach is meh.

As per your question: Yes, Bayern can win the league.
As can Bayer, or Werder.

I think they'll still win it. Dortmund isn't deep enough to clinch it, and Schalke just lost the mighty Höwedes for a while. And I just don't think Gladbach can keep this up for the entire season.,
