there are reports that Lazio have signed Keisuke Honda from CSKA for 14m euros. does anyone of you know anything on that?

that said, from strictly a footballing perspective, it would be a good move for Honda.

From a Roma perspective, he'll be forever tainted in my eyes.

Lazio is seriously stringing a great squad together, really smart moves they did recently, I'm actually impressed. They looked to be past it and have made some excellent signings as of late.

Then again, once you sign the mighty Klose you'll have to be the life of the party.

Lazio’s Honda bid revealed

The Corriere dello Sport have revealed the details of Lazio’s proposed bid for Keisuke Honda of CSKA Moscow.

The capital outfit were tentatively linked with the Japanese international yesterday and the Rome-based daily is today talking numbers.

According to the report, Lazio have offered the Russian giants €2m for his loan with an option to buy on a permanent basis in the summer for a further €10m.

However, it is being claimed that CSKA actually value the 25-year-old at closer to €16m – a fee deemed as excessive at the Stadio Olimpico.

Midfielder Honda moved to Moscow in January 2010 after two years in Holland with VVV-Venlo
