It was hardly a "sparkling performance"

Our boy has become too self conscious on the field and it's taking away from his assertiveness of yesteryear. Definetly has to regain that before he gets much older becaue he may have already lost a step.

He strikes me as the sort who sits around obsessing about Messi's awards when he should just "be Ronaldo" and let the pieces fall where they may, They may fall favorably!

I agree that he's slumping, however, it's completely mental, in my opinion.

I'm surely a fan!!!

Our idol didnt have a man of the match performance against Malaga in the return leg but there were some positive signs of his revival. This game he was not stopped by the players of the opposition. The opposition players failed to read any of movements or routines. Ronaldo missed alot of chances not because of the strength of the rival team's players but because he under-performed yet another match and failed to live up to his high profile status.

We'll get there eventually.

This is a very positive step towards the right direction because when you miss chances, if you keep trying, you ll get there eventually.
