Nathaniel Chalobah set for Chelsea return as Burnley boss Sean Dyche admits youngster has struggled to adapt:
England Under-21 international Nathaniel Chalobah looks destined to return to Chelsea when his loan at Burnley expires next month after Sean Dyche suggested the 19-year-old may be finding it difficult to adapt to the top flight

Trainwreck of a loan.

'He's a young player learning, earning his spurs and developing, and this is a tough league to do all those things in and do them every week.'
'Behind the scenes he's working hard and should he get his chance, he'll be ready to take it.'
Yet when asked whether Chalobah would be returning to Stamford Bridge when his loan culminates in January, Dyche simply replied: 'We'll wait and see. We'll stumble across that bridge when we have to.'
Trainwreck of a loan.

Re: Nathaniel Chalobah
Reading the first pages of this thread he was highly promising and touted to have a first team place, a shame it all slowed down.
I think we should stop with the multiple loans in multiple teams, it's hard for a player to settle in in a different environment every six months. We should sell with buy back clauses so that if the player is not good enough at least we made money out of it and if he's good enough the team will be looking to play him more often as it's in fact their property and if he's good enough for us everybody wins as we'd have no problems getting him back and the loaned team would have made money out of this.

Re: Nathaniel Chalobah
Nate made, and scored in, his Reading home debut yesterday (against Lewis Baker's Sheffield Wednesday, who also started)

Re: Nathaniel Chalobah
A bit surprising because he kinda fell off the radar in the last couple of seasons and Napoli are one of the biggest teams in Italy but this is such a huge chance for him. Can see him succeeding cause Napoli are quite lackluster in midfield and cause of Serie A being EPL's rejects's bitch.

I think he can. He seems a better option than RLC in the middle, tbh.
