They'd have to move Gasol's massive contract, which no one wants. And Bynum/Odom won't get it done considering teams like NJ and LAC can offer more. But he won't be traded this season anyway.

Bynum should've done a year at UConn like he was supposed to, I'm sure he would have came into the league a better player(obv his injury problems would still be there though).

He would've been on that '06 E8 team(the one that was supposed to win it all but lost to George Mason :facepalm:

And maybe I'm sounding a bit biased with this BUT if D12 does hit Free Agency, how many better options are there than Boston? We'll have the cap room(the Perkins trade took care of that), still have Rondo, Pierce, Jeff Green, and most likely Ray and KG back on cheap deals. Plus young players like JuJuan Johnson, Etwan Moore, Avery Bradley. Also that Clippers 1st rounder which will probably end up as a top 15 pick to take another player.

I've notice Stephen A has begun to change his stance on Lebron, which I don't have a problem with. My issue is that he's still trying to play both sides, whereas Skip tends to keep it real and speak his mind (no matter what others might think); one of the reasons you either love him,or hate him. But I am glad that people like Stephen A and Chris Broussard have started to be a little tougher on "Prince James".

I'm not afraid to say it, I've never really liked Lebron (have always respected his skills). I just find myself agreeing with Skip so much on this Lebron topic and I know that these guys have been trying to call Skip out on it, claiming he is just a hater. Even when they "agree" with Skip these days, they're still not willing to admit being in the same boat; it's always something like "No, no, Skip said this and I'm saying that".

I would love to hear your opinion on this. I've been watching most episodes of first and 10 since I can remember.

Yeah, Stephen A has begun to change his stance on Lebron, earlier this summer I believe, he left him off of his top 5 players list. He does flip-flop though as well. I'm sure if half way through the season Lebrons beasting with the Heat way in 1st, StephenA will be on his dick.

And honestly I was a fan of Lebron coming out of high school and in his first few years in the league. I followed him since his sophomore season at St Vincent, mostly because he was such an amazing prospect, it was hard not to like him at the time. Probably the greatest high school player I've ever seen. But when he got into the NBA as the seasons went by, his b1tchmade tendencies started showing through more and more. Add in the fact that he has no drive or desire to leave his own legacy, the Cleveland debacle, his 4th quarter noshows; where the great ones(MJ, Kobe) say 'I'm not letting my team lose' not let me pass the ball to Dwyane and stand on the perimeter like a statue, and now it's easy to see why he's hated.

Stephen A I dont really like, and he does flip flop but he generally isnt a fanboy.

Chris Broussard is a 100% brown nosing ass kisser. The way he loves Lebron is sickening.

Deron Williams just said he WON'T Be signing an extension with the Nets. He'll play out the year and that'll be it. Wow, that trade looks pretty dumb now. And I'm guessing that rules out Dwight to NJ as well.

That's code for "a deal for Dwight Howard," and it's clear from those familiar with Howard's thinking that he'd like to join the Lakers. Bynum may or may not be on the Magic's list of suitable replacements for Howard in a potential deal that also would have to include young players on rookie contracts and draft picks.

Epic, epic fail by the Nets.

The only way they might have a chance at keeping Williams is if they trade half their team for Dwight. I don't see any other option now.

Also according to Yahoo Sports, Chris Paul has said he won't sign an extension and has asked for a trade to the Knicks.

Comparatively other teams can offer more(Celtics are one among many others) but when he says he only wants to go to the Knicks he's putting NO in a bad situation where they're going to have to end up taking a lesser deal than they would've gotten from other teams. Essentially he's doing what Melo did last year.

As far as value the Knicks really only have: Fields, Shumpert, Douglas, maybe Walker, a couple 2nd rounders and a future first.

Dwight Howard and Baron Davis have told Matt Barnes they want to play for the Lakers.

While Kupchak remained guarded with his answers, Lakers forward Matt Barnes was much more open when asked about the rumors surrounding his former teammate Howard.

"You know, I've been hearing Dwight. I've been hearing Baron [Davis]. I've been hearing stuff a lot lately," Barnes said. "I've talked to both of those guys and they want to be here, so we'll see what happens."

I now think that the Celts should trade for CP3 anyway. Risky move since there's a good chance he wouldn't extend with us but we're in win now mode. We have a window of 1 season maybe 2 to contend. But gimme CP3 for 1 season in Boston and we'll have a great chance to win it all. And after if/when Paul left you have enough cap space to potentially grab 2 max players, depending on KG, Ray's situations.

Ryan Boatright is a beast.

1st career game: 14 points off the bench, including 3 clutch FT's to send the game to OT where we would go on to win against FSU, one of the best defensive teams in the country

2nd career game: 23 points, 6 assists, 5 rebounds, 2 steals on 8/12 shooting to beat Arkansas

Now I know why Tim Floyd and USC wanted to sign him when he was just 13

I get those moves, well the first 3.

C´s need size and rebounding, especially rebounding. Evans is a superb rebounder, one of the best in the league. Kwame is one of the best post defenders in the league, though both suck at every single other aspect of the game they are useful for like 15 mins a game.

Shannon is athletic, can shoot and can run, they need more speed.

Daniels was once a good defender and passable offensive player..have not seen it since Dallas though.

Ali-Cosell? How is he going to have that? He is a ass kisser, Cossell used to get on Ali and hate on his trash talking and so on.

Maybe, dont reallt know. But for me their relationship is better known for their back and forth on cam.

Intresting trade idea, but I think GSW would still suck in too many ways. Firstly, they dont play defence at all. One of the biggest problems of that is Curry and Ellias are both small and cant effectively check bigger shooting gaurds. Ellias is a better defender than he gets credit for, but he still lacks size.
