yeah, completely agree... albelda was the only player on the field who did nothing but foul other players, lass diarra and xabi alonso are urban legends

Cool with me bro, see ya!
Just remember, the first half was without incident and one side had played great football.
I don't know what Emery said to them at half time but it was clear they came out with a malicious agenda in the 2nd half. Congrats to them, they managed to succesfully de-stabilise the game but it was all for nothing i'm afraid because hardly anyone else in your team wanted to play football except for Soldado.
The irony of a Stoke fan talking about players who act like thugs on the field.

Re: Valencia singing Messi's name
cr7 shouldnt care about all these chants , i in my personal opinion think that cr7 is better than messi as a player , messi is just more connected with his team mates at barca than cr7 at madrid, and its because messi has been playing fr barca longer than cr7 with madrid.
cr7 is the best in the world imo

Re: Valencia singing Messi's name
after the first goal ronaldo started to make them angry by arrogant movements, back passes tricks etc. it was like we are owning you at your own stadium. and its well-known fact that singing messi's name makes ronaldo feel like a shit. they did it, no big deal
ronaldo himself made it well-known by showing finger to fans and making other offensive comments in previous matches. Now all know that if you want to make Ronaldo mad sing messi's name

Re: Valencia singing Messi's name
chanting ronaldo's name would be irrelevant and laughable. messi himself and everybody knows that he is the best. Even in the media everybody chanting messi's name its really hard to count how many praises messi receives per day. Messi is above ronaldo at everywhere - In media, on tv, among fans, in players rankings, ballon dors. the world chanting messi's name. I dont blame fansshinigami99 wrote:Im pretty sure that if they chant Ronaldo's name when messi's playing, he won't give a shit

lol, I'm tyring to make this place more exciting. I mean look at this thread, who the hell cares if Valencia chanted Ronaldos name, they are clearly doing it to piss him off. that's all really.
More exciting? you sound like a broken record lol repeating the same crap over and over gain.....
Originality = excitement
Anyway Ronaldo Madrid's best attacker lol?
He was invisible bar the goal and that was handed to him by the goalkeeper......
Benzema shat all over him, even Khedira did a better job of going forward than Ronaldo did lulz.
are you sure you saw the match?

Re: Valencia singing Messi's name
Valencia were down a goal and were going nowhere fast... so they decided to start diving, crying to the ref and employ thug tactics. Their entire strategy was to try and get one of the Madrid players sent off. Pathetic. Very, very pathetic.
The sad thing is that they actually have a team that should be focusing on football, not theatrics and cheating. I can understand making the game more physical. That's just being smart. But the theatrics were distasteful.
As far as chanting "Messi"... it just means that, even in the eyes of Valencia, there are only two true contenders in Spain. If Barca were playing, they would be chanting "Ronaldo".
It's a small club attitude by the fans.

I think the worst part was when they were chanting "He's Portuguese, he's a son of a b*tch" when Miguel had the ball :lol!:

Re: Valencia singing Messi's name
i hate to point this out but this is ALWAYS what happens to teams coached by Mourinho!! He creates a seige mentality in the changing room, a us against everyone type attitude and this is what is returned from the opposition!
while madrid fans may outnumber barca fans about ten to one here on this forum, in Spain and elsewhere, the neutrals side with barca for two reasons, Mourinho and Ronaldo.
if you're going to act like they do, you will get abuse back, and the abuse that gets to ronaldo the most is by being reminded that theres someone better than him out there! he reacted to it the first time it happened and people saw so now itll happen everywhere he goes!
