Great talent, superb.

Was so impressed when I first saw him last season and every time I see him I am further impressed.

Pep needs to forget Jordi Alba, this is the guy.

Alves is so dependent on the space he gets playing for Barca that he's a fish out of water anywhere else.Poor mans Maicon...Always was.

Which is why he was great for Sevilla before coming to Barca?

Or you never saw him before that point?

He got used to space, been playing the same way ever since.Do you have any other explanation why he's such trash in a different system?

Loads of players play good for NT but not club and the other way around.

Hardly ever is it to do with talent.

Brazil play nothing like the Brazil teams of old, they hardly keep the ball like they used to, they dont have consistent possession in the final 1/3 but they dont play counter attack either. In short, they are styleless at the moment.

Dani Alves is struggling with it, as others players are, as other players for different NT teams are.

To suggest its Barca making him look good is rather strange, considering all he did before coming to us.

I'm not suggesting that,I'm saying he got used to Barca system and the space he usually gets and he's lost without it now.Sevilla was 4 years ago(I think) and Barca's been consistent with the same system every game. You can't just snap out of it and revert to how you used to play after 200+ games of doing the same thing.

See if you said that, without "poor mans Maicon" I dont think I would of diagreed with you too much.

Dani Alves isnt struggling because of a lack of talent, that much I am sure of.

Dede is definitely up there with David Luiz but Rhodolfo isnt. Rever of Galo is better than Rhodolfo. I agree with Ganso, David Luiz has played well for Brasil. All i know is that Thiago Silva is a definite starter.

Looking like a done dealio to United, top 3 LB in the world along with Young and Marcelo

and with Young not getting any..younger, it's a terrific signing.

From Duncan Castles in the Times : United have advanced their pursuit of Alex Sandro. Deal to be concluded at the end of the season

Alex Sandro has created 91 chances in Serie A since the start of 2015/16; more than any other defender.

can't wait ffs

Crazy that few years ago 25m was considered " milking " someone for a young and promising talent. Laughing
