I don't usually exaggerate but this kid is probably the best under 21 LB out there, Fantastic talent. Porto have done it again really. Watch them milk a club with 25m at least in few years.

Luiz shouldn't be starting O Mito or Rhodolfo who are much more experienced and complete CBs.
