Alexander Gonzalez, Juan Guerra, Fernando Aristeguieta and several others I can't remember.
There's also Marlon Bastardo, who I don't know much of, but with a badass name like that you know he'll make Messi his bitch one day.

Carlos Luque: left wing attacker for Colon (18)
Lucas Ocampos: midfielder for River Plate (17)
German Pezzella: Defender for River Plate (20)
Bruno Zuculini: Racing midfielder (18)
Araujo: boca juniors attacker (19)
Matias Laba: argentinos junior mid (19)
problem is that our young talent actually gets taken at around these ages so its hard to find a bunch in the league...lamela, iturbe, fernandez for instance

Re: Upcoming players in your country's league!
Full name Germán Alejo Pezzella
Date of birth June 27, 1991 (age 20)
Place of birth Bahia Blanca, Argentina
Height 1.82 m (5 ft 11 1⁄2 in)
Playing position Centre back
Has yet to play for River Plate's senior side but he is looking like the brightest defending talent coming out of Argentina since Ayala tbh.
Captains the u-20 Argentina side and has been playing regularly with the youth national teams. Fantastic in the air, composed on the ball, tackles very well and has a good reading of the game.
I know Barrilete and I have been raving about this kid since the u-20 world cup, but he could be a great defender and hopefully he can be the leader at the back that Argentina have been desperate for.

Re: Upcoming players in your country's league!
Let's talk BL goalkeepers. Zieler (22) and Ulreich (23) don't qualify anymore, but we have the following fresh talents:
- Marc-André ter Stegen (19, Borussia M'gladbach, GER, U21 NT)
- Bernd Leno (19, Bayer Leverkusen, GER, U19 NT)
- Lars Unnerstall (21, Schalke, GER)
- Oliver Baumann (21, SC Freiburg, GER, U21 NT)
- Kevin Trapp (21, Kaiserslautern, GER, U21 NT)
All of them are not only the current first choice keepers in their teams (Okay, Unnerstall is only standing in for the injured 23 year old Ralf Fährmann, but he does a helluva good job right now), but they are also German and thus could be eligible for the German NT within time. If there is one job where we don't have to worry in future, it is GK.

In Australia we have...
Mustafa Amini (19, CM CAM) signed by Borussia Dortmund but sent back to Australia to develop on loan at the club they signed him from
Michael Marrone (23, RB) trialled at Cagliari and was meant to be signed but half way through trial new coach came in and didnt want him
He doesn't play in AUS but Tommy Oar, amazing talent for Utrecht. Started extremely well in eredivise early but has faded a little. Amazing player

Yeah, Kloppo sounded pretty enthusiastic about Amini.pasquale22 wrote:In Australia we have...

BTW, you have another great prospect playing at Dortmund (unfortunately not often enough in the first team, but he looked really good again as starter in the last match in the DFB Pokal): Mitch Langerak. Okay, he is "already" 23, but then, for a goalkeeper that isn't a high age either.

Re: Upcoming players in your country's league!
Yeah I was going to mention Mitch Langerak. I've seen him live few times when he played here. Really good keeper. I keep a close eye on him, his played a few times. I was really excited when he got his chance last season and played against bayern on his debut.rwo power wrote:Yeah, Kloppo sounded pretty enthusiastic about Amini.pasquale22 wrote:In Australia we have...

BTW, in Germany he already got affectionately nicknamed "Pumuckl" due to his red hair
- Spoiler:
- That's Pumuckl. Funnily the clothing has the same colour as the Australian NT's kit. XD

Re: Upcoming players in your country's league!
Lol so you guys over there already know him well? I Havnt seen that much of him . He's injured at the moment and hasn't played season yet but last season he set the league alight towards the end. How highly do u guys rate Langerak? Also have you heard of Nikita Rukavytsa? Made his debut last week for hertha. Alot of talents going over to Germany. Leckie to gladbach. Kruse to dusseldorf.
We have a guy called Thomas broich playing here. Apparently Germans thought he was going to be the next star years back

Re: Upcoming players in your country's league!
Well, Amini got a lot of media attention, and of course I researched a bit then. What I saw really looked good so far.
And Langerak is highly regarded. He just has the problem that he is behind Roman Weidenfeller in the pecking order. Weidenfeller is a highly regarded keeper here, too, and many people think he should be inthe German NT, too. The drawback is that there are just not too many high profile GK jobs around. I think Langerak will make his way. Weidenfeller is 31 now, and Kloppo already said he wanted to give Langerak more playing time, if possible, as he excels during training.
As RWO was still in the 2nd BL last season, I saw quite a bit of Rukavytsya when he played in the 2nd BL at Hertha. He looked pretty good there and was a regular starter. He was among the players responsible for Hertha's immediate promotion to the 1st BL again with 4 goals and 12 assists.

Re: Upcoming players in your country's league!
On the subject of talent in Germany, does anyone know how Dale Jennings is doing at Bayern? I assume he's in their youth and second team set-ups. He was quite the talent when playing for Tranmere Rovers last year.
Anyway, as one would expect there a few talents coming through in the Premier League, most of whom you'll know about:
Wocjceich Szczesny - GK (Arsenal/Poland)
David De Gea - GK (Man Utd/Spain)
Phil Jones - CB (Man Utd/England)
Chris Smalling - CB (Man Utd/England)
Martin Kelly - RB (Liverpool/England)
Kyle Walker - RB (Spurs/England)
Sandro - DM/CM (Spurs/Brazil)
Aaron Ramsey - CM (Arsenal/Wales)
Jack Wilshere - CM/AM (Arsenal/England)
Barry Bannan - CM (Aston Villa/Scotland)
Ross Barkley - CM (Everton/England)
Josh McEachran - CM (Chelsea/England)
Jordan Henderson - CM/RM/AM/RW (Liverpool/England)
Tom Cleverly - CM/LM/RM/AM/LW/RW (Man Utd/England)
Maruo Formica - AM (Blackburn/Argentina)
Marc Albrighton - RM/RW (Aston Villa/England)
Junior Hoillet - LW/RW (Blackburn/Canada)
Scott Sinclair - LW/RW (Swansea/England)
Mario Balotelli - ST (Man City/Italy)
Daniel Sturridge - ST (Chelsea/England)
Danny Welbeck - ST (Man Utd/England)
Andy Carroll - ST (Liverpool/England)
That's off the top of my head. There are probably a few more.
