My picks are--

1. Man City --- strong midfield and attack, but newly formed attack might need time to gel
2. Chelsea -- team a bit disjointed now, but Mourinho should get them up and running

I didn't choose Man U since their two main strikers got issues -- one is easily injured and the other is unhappy
