Graphics are nuts. Not a big fan of the touch pad gimmick stuff though.

I miss the electric powers. Not that the current power sets lack really, I would just love to see what the team would do with the electric power set in this game, particularly for movement... and I've always had a fondness for electricity-based super powers/magic/whatnot.

I wish there was a special/karmic streak for the last power.
There could have been something better for the third powers special.

Also I don't mind using the touchpad at all for this game. I think it's executed perfectly and takes nothing away from the overall game experience.

I agree on all counts, really. I was quite disappointed to find out there was no karmic streak for the final power set, and given the rather unique nature of much of the third set I was left a bit disappointed with the fairly bland karmic streak for it.

Which is your favourite power set and favourite karmic special? (Use numbers or spoilers for those who haven't played through the game yet)

My favorite karmic stream is for the second power which I dare to say is probably my favorite. Mainly because after a certain upgrade it makes travel so much faster plus I like the way it looks when you absorb the power.

I mean I enjoy the last two but not as much as the first two. The effects of the smoke are awesome especially when dashing through air vents followed by a double air dash leading up to a comet drop :bow:

My favourite power set from Second Son is most definitely the second. However I do prefer the smoke set's karmic streak to any of the others.

Personally feel like the game was incredibly short, I beat it in probably 6 or 7 hours, but I did skip most of the side content, however it seems like I didn't miss anything of substance, it was mostly copy & paste "missions".

All the powers were great IMO.

I've not played Second Sons. The first was okay, but very repetitive, the second has to be one of the most bring and tedious games I've ever played.

I found the first one really repetitive, I got myself in the mood to play it then after about an hour or so I just had 0 desire to carry on

Ages later, when SONY gave the game out for free as a download to apologise for the bank card incident, I done the exact same.

And it has gotten largely very positive reviews, is held in a positive light by the vast majority who have played it, and it has sold extremely well.

Outliers are just that.

Absolutely loving this game.

Just unlocked Neon powers and can't get enough of using them ffs.

Although I understand why everyone said the main story was a bit lacking. Thankfully the side stuff and the papertrail missions made up for it.

Finished it last night. Going to go through the bad karma now for the trophies. Want my first platinum ffs.

Was a great game. Thought Delsin was better than Cole. The game overall had more to it than the first two infamous however the main story wasn't that good. Also it was really easy and barely had any challenge despite playing on expert.

I think Infamous: 1st Light is free this month, it's supposed better than 2nd Son, not just because of female character, gonna dive into it after Fire Emblem.
