I'm pretty sure I forgot some of them. It's always a struggle since there's been so many and the memory is a deceitful bastard.

Hannibal - 7 years ago that was but I remember it as a masterpiece in my heart
The Killing - best murder and mystery imo
Sons of Anarchy - best twists and turns I've ever seen
Dark - best depiction of time travel
Dexter - best serial killer

HM: Fargo, Prison Break, Vikings, Bates Motel, Justified


I'd say GoT but that's so typical. The show definitely changed TV though and it's up there. Breaking Bad and LOST aswell, but again, that's too predictable.

Making this list now I realized I don't really rate Comedy that high so I'll just add a few that I liked: Fawlty Towers, Parks and Rec, Blackadder, 30 Rock, Barry (Bill Hader is a genius)

BTW Rotten Tomatoes users just picked Dark as the greatest Netflix Original. Everyone should watch it imo

Great but it's just 8 episodes ( TD2 and TD3 are different things, different cast etc ) so I give priority to other series.
Better Call Saul much better than Breaking Bad  for me , probably the absence of some irritating characters contribute to it.

I remember it on every season basically, so I'd say soon . Best season is the 4th though. I loved this series

Don't give up on it. I wasnt also big on the whole bike gang thing but it's a brilliant show. Don't remember if it starts slow or not but S2, S3 and S4 are some of the best TV you'll see (but every season is great), I can guarantee you.

It's Breaking Bad level of good.

first few seasons were by far the best

It's hard to keep up the pace for 7 seasons (Dexter is another example, falls short after S04/5)

Even GoT didn't manage to carry it's high standard through all the later seasons

But S04-5 seasons are great

Who knows what woulda happend to Breaking Bad if they didnt stop at 5

Basically Sons of Anarchy should have stopped to 5h season.
Last 2 aren't worthy of the rest.
It's the typical Netflix production that 's forced to last more than enough. I say it as Sons of Anarchy fan, let's be clear. it's the reason why it's not on top 1 but anyway on my top 5 easily ( I did it in order of preference )

This was actually rather hard. I've seen a ridiculous amount of TV shows so this makes this pretty much impossible on some level to rank them by pure quality. I ended up having to go on just pure enjoyment.

It's interesting that one of the most popular series in history has only had one mention so far.

It goes to show that GoT, though very enjoyable to some, doesn't in the long run leave a long-lasting impression on people.

Either that or their last season truly hurt the show and made people take the show out of their top 5.

The only thing worse than a show ending is it ending badly. That final season damaged GoT in ways none of the seasons leading up to it ever could.

I would have loved fives seasons of Rome. One of the biggest disappointments in terms of shows that ended too early.

dont listen to him, the ending is pretty good and last season is not much worse than the early ones. 83% on rotten for S07 which is solid (even 86% in audience rating), not the greatest finale but doesnt fall behind that much

i mean the 3 prior seasons werent as exceptional as the first 4 in the first place, but yea that last season was absolute banter
