- Florentino Perez. Doesn't represent what Real Madrid is truly about and is a stubborn rich guy.

- Star-struck bandwagon fans (Florentino increased the amount of these because of his Galacticos policy).

- Crazy, selfish and diving players. Ronaldo comes to mind. Fantastic player and all ... but damn. I wish he'd stop diving. I wish he'd help a little bit more in defense. And I wish he'd let someone else take those damn freekicks sometimes. Dive Maria needs to stop his acting, too. Amazing player though. And uh .... Ramos has to get a brain. He's crazy.

- Lack of faith in youth players. Madrid produces quality youth players all the time but the first team doesn't seem to give a sh*t. It has improved a bit under Mourinho, though.

The things I don't like is that we buy all this rated youngsters, have one of the better academies supposedly to spend less in the future then don't trust them. We buy average players for the bench and the coach totally falls in love with him and doesn't give a chance to the youngsters in meaningless games, I mean meaningless.

Another is that we show interest in players but never make the move then they end up at another club and shine. I'm not saying that we should sign every player the press links us to but there have been cases where the "decision" makers have publicly stated they like a player then let them go.
