Just got home with my copy, going to fire it up in a few.

I had it pre-ordered and had no idea that you get 24 free Gold Packs. Pretty awesome(it's only 4 per month though, you can't just get them all at once : p ) They'll give you a code on your receipt, at least that's what they did with mine.

I have to work from 3-9:30 and my season ticket is up. Game should arrive by the time I get home from work. I just started to rebuild Milan last night. Santos wanted like 60 Mil for Ganso.

WTF Gamestop. "This code is invalid." Anyone else having problems with their 24 pack code?

Edit: Just read the fine print on Gamestop's site: "This code is valid October 2011-March 2011", so I guess I have to wait a few days to use it.

I thought you had to order through Orgin for the gold packs. I didn't pre-order through gamestop.

From looking on the EA forums, it's been confirmed that the Ultimate Team 24 packs code won't start working until October 1st.

I decided to order from orgin.com and I will only be getting 2 gold packs per month for 6 months. I have no idea why I though orgin had the better deal, feeling like such a tool at the moment.

I tried calling gamestop today to see if I could still reserve the game, no luck. But due to ea season ticket, I do get 20 percent off everypack I purchase with microsoft points (Not sure how many I will buy via MP this year), I have always had an addiction when it comes to opening packs of cards. Does anyone know where I can get some help for this?

That's weird, I thought all placed would have 4 packs a month.. I'm selling my redeem code for $15 lol

well the defending in this game is hard, and i was playign with my cousin todday, and hes such a good dribbler that i personally think that im gonna rework my whole game.

ima go and put the game on professional level instead of legendary and practice defending and dribbling for a while then advance, and hopefully ill be very good in fifa 12.

Went and bought it at EB. WOW. AMAZING!!!!

Only problem - too many noobs playing it online.

Amazon shipped it at 10PM yesterday and I received it at 10AM today, in spite of paying only for 2 day shipping. That's what I call efficiency

And now my packs are "lost" in the system. I was online doing ultimate team and on my xbox and somehow my packs didn't come to either. Waiting to talk to customer support, patience is a virtue
