Mr. Putin is a busy man, and sometimes there just aren't enough hours in his day to do important work like feeling up all his female fans and supporters. In a very charitable gesture, one Sam Nickel decided to dive on that grenade (sometimes literally) for Mr. Putin and help him out by feeling up 1000 women and then shaking hands with 'Ole Vlad himself, to do the work that Vlad does not always have time to do...this is his story

This is going to sound stupid but honestly he probably just asked...

Tourist city in the summer - people in a good mood, he's not an ugly looking guy, as long as he's not a creeper and has a strong personality its definitely do-able..plus once he got a bunch of girls crowded around them other people get drawn to it+want to get in on the fun etc

Also I heard that for the 1000 girls he got they were denied by like 3-4000 lulz
