England don't produce DMs because they seem to be a 4-4-2 machine who only produce dedicated, hardworking players, but not the dedicated defensive beasts that are needed for another formation.

At least the U21 is switching to 4-2-3-1 at last, right?

Badu-Asamoah-Frimpong..Good future midfield right there.. Thumbs up

But They are lacking a top forward upfront..Would've been a beastly team had Balotelli chose to play for Ghana..

Frimpong is a hot-head, if learns to control his emotions, he will be an outstanding player one day... if he does not, no real loss to England.

Well , It means Arsenal will need a DM in January .

I know its bitter sweet for us. I want him to be recognized by the world. We do have Song for January. Cameroon are odds in fav to go out early.
M'Vila.

inb4sportsczy

As much as I'd love to see M'Vila in the Arsenal shirt , wont that be overkill ? Unless the system changes to accommodate 2 out the 3 .(Song,M'Vila,Frimpong)

Think about Frimpong, it could kill his career Sad

The mentality of some Arsenal fans, the would rather not bring in a world class player because it could "kill" the career of an umproven youngster. Neutral

you just threw around the word world class so I will as well. Frimpong has the potential to be a world class player and not too far away even, he bleeds red and white and loves the club, now why would you throw away a loyal servant for a mercenary ?

Which Arsenal fan has thrown around world class? Ali used it because the phrase is thrown around so easily nowadays (it is).

He doesn't have much time in the PL, yeah. But he's already played CL football and has actually played a hell lot in the preseason, being one of the few players to standout in a very underwhelming preseason.

He's going to be a rotation player, anyways. Song is still untouchable.

we should still want m'vila, those guys are right we cant be worried about 'killing someone's career'. with our training staff everyone will have a chance to play Wink and plus that competition for a starting spot enhances your team.

song, wilshere, m'vila, frimpong, ramsey, lansbury, coquelin, ozyakup etc. sounds wonderful for the future.

squad depth is great, just look at united!
