Which one of these two is the best young DM in the world?

I would say Coquelin is more complete DM. His work rate is at highest level.

Prefer Coquelin, looks more composed and in control when on the ball.

Frimpong is brilliant though. Great performance by both last night.

Frimpong for me. Has to be one of the most passionate Arsenal fan turned player that I have ever seen.

Bold claim there. I'm under the assumpton that you watch a lot of youth team football and you watch asian and south American football. Why don't we limit it to the premiership shall we.

Warning: You have questioned people's knowledge of football a day after De Jong looked like Eastmond.

Coquelin is pretty much gone from Arsenal unless he plays in EPL games regularly according to sources in France... so Wenger has to decide on him quickly before he bolts. His contract runs out in June of 2013 and there's no way he renews at this point. Arsenal is going to be forced to sell either in the winter or summer.

Honestly, i think Coquelin could be more effective even as a AM compared to Arteta and Benayoun. Those guys are just meh at Arsenal.

He's a bit out of control... and then to start a fight with Nasri in the tunnel is a bit bush league. He's still a kid. Needs to grow up before falling under the microscope that comes with starting for a side like Arsenal.

Yeah that incident is what convinced me. I appreciate his passion for the club and that's a fantastic thing to have but there is such a thing as going out of control.

If he can get that in check he'll be much better for it.

I like him more because of this....passion and aggression never did Gattusso any harm

I also prefer Frimpong because of his aggression and passion.

But really, it's like choosing between the right tit or the left tit. They're both awesome.

True but Gattusso relied on that because he wasn't that great of a footballer. Passion is good but it can't be the only part of your game.

and I would never say that of any other player so you can imagine how highly i rate him
