Teams Players Grew Up Supporting

I found out a couple of days after the United v Arsenal game that both Young and Smalling are Arsenal fans, so it got me thinking what other players support teams they don't play for. Here is what I know, add more if you know any.

Rooney- Everton fan
Jones- Blackburn fan
Welbeck, Lindegaard,Evans and Cleverley- United fans
Smalling and Young- Arsenal fans
Ferdinand- IIRC he's a West Ham fan.

Players from other clubs:
Ramsey- United fan
Walcott- Liverpool fan
Henderson- United fan
Carragher- Everton fan

add some if you know..

Not sure about Ramsey being a United fan, when Arsenal and United were chasing him he opted for Arsenal.

He said so himself. It's the same with Smalling, sometimes players pick moves not because they support the team, but for what they feel would be the best for them in their career.

Im happy he didint choose the dark side in the end. With the rivalvry between those two, Hes already stopped supporting barca like no tomorrow.

Adam Johnson is a Newcastle fan even though he comes from Sunderland and the rest of his family are Sunderland supporters.

Thats only cos we rejected him from our academy and newcastle accepted him to theirs before he went to boro
