Jets-Ravens for the AFC championship Very Happy

Would be good too because I'm sick of seeing the Steelers tbh.

Tom Brady just hit a new career high for passing yards in a game, he currently has 412 yards and a nice chunk of the 4th quarter. I'm kind of surprised at that stat. I don't watch as much as I used to but I try to keep up, I was watching a lot more when Brady was doing most of his damage. Does anyone else feel the same?

He's at 511 yards now after that 99 yard Touchdown lol, which broke a Pats QB record. But yeah I was surprised when they showed the previous leaders(Bledsoe twice) Brady wasn't in the top 3.

At this point, they should put Tebow in the game.

My picks for week 2:

Kansas City at Detroit
Oakland at Buffalo
Tampa Bay at Minnesota
Chicago at New Orleans
Baltimore at Tennessee
Cleveland at Indianapolis
Jacksonville at NY Jets
Seattle at Pittsburgh
Arizona at Washington
Green Bay at Carolina
Dallas at San Francisco
San Diego at New England
Houston at Miami
Cincinnati at Denver
Philadelphia at Atlanta
St. Louis at NY Giants

I think Indy gets the win even without Manning this week, Chicago vs NO is probably a pick 'em but I went with Chicago. There's a few good games too; Chicago/New Orleans, Dallas/San Fran, San Diego/NE, Houston/Miami and Philadelphia/Atlanta.

Why can't other teams step up and beat the Patriots besides the Jets? The Ravens are the only other AFC team that I have faith in to beat them in Foxboro(Steelers too but the Ravens have the Pats # more than the Steelers have).

After going 10/16 in week 1, I'm 11/14 so far in week 2. Had no idea Baltimore would have a hangover from the Steelers win, and that Indy IS really that bad without Peyton.

This Eagles-Falcons game tonight is going to be great.

Week 3:

Houston at New Orleans
NY Giants at Philadelphia
Jacksonville at Carolina
New England at Buffalo
Miami at Cleveland
San Francisco at Cincinnati
Denver at Tennessee
Detroit at Minnesota
Baltimore at St. Louis
NY Jets at Oakland
Kansas City at San Diego
Arizona at Seattle
Atlanta at Tampa Bay
Green Bay at Chicago
Pittsburgh at Indianapolis
Washington at Dallas

Been doing okay, but I'm afraid if I put money on it this week, I'll end up going 8/16 or something awful. I may do an 8 or 10 game parlay anyway though.

Thank you Buffalo. The Bills beat the Patriots 34-31. Tom Brady threw 4 Interceptions. Patriots were up 21-0 to start, too. Their defense is basura.

What happened to their 2nd timeout? I never noticed you could lose one for mouthing off to an official.

I was wondering that too. I'm not sure if it was because of the clock run off during review, but it looked like it was because Beli said something to that official.

I think the Lions finish can at least a .500 team this season.

Yep, maybe even 9-7 or 10-6. With Suh and Fairley, they will completely control the line of scrimmage on defense. That's a huge part of being successful defensively. Factor in Stafford, Megatron, Pettigrew, Best and they have a very solid core.

Speaking of Megatron, he's been a boss for my fantasy team. Another 2 Touchdowns today, he's got 6 so far lol, 2 every week.

Pretty pathetic, McFadden's good but there's no way he should rush for near 200 yards against us. Nor should we have given up anything more than 2 TD's to the faiders. Somebody finally beats the Pats and we lose anyway Mad Mad

This.... LSU!!! The atmosphere destroys any NFL game... the games are much more exciting and theres always a subplot going into each game which makes it "that" much more exciting...and plus there's pride at stake every week.

The atmosphere certainly does not destroy any NFL game, lol. Certain games like Michigan-OSU at the Big House, yeah sure. The atmosphere in Buffalo today for the Bills game where they beat the Pats >> every college game I've seen so far this year. There's plenty of sub-plots every week in the NFL also, not to mention the level of overall skill is invariably better. Add in the fact that the whole BCS system is flawed horribly and it's hard to compare NCAAF to the NFL...
