Vucinic 'is Juve's top player'

Mirko Vucinic “is the top player Juventus were looking for and they can win the Scudetto,” said his agent.
The Bianconeri repeatedly stated they would sign “a top player” this summer, but after links with Sergio Aguero, Javier Pastore, Diego Forlan and Carlos Tevez, their biggest buy was Vucinic.

“The truth is that Vucinic is absolutely the top player Juventus were looking for,” representative Alessandro Lucci told TMW.

“He is underestimated by the football world because he doesn’t sell himself in the media. Nowadays, that aspect is crucial for your career.

“However, Vucinic can play in many different roles and I am convinced he can make the definitive step up in quality at Juventus, because they have a winning mentality and the hunger to become competitive again.

“In fact, I feel that Juventus can win the Scudetto. Even if Milan are favourites in terms of quality, the Bianconeri can get a strong start with enthusiasm and Antonio Conte at the helm. On the other hand, I think Inter are in decline and at the end of an era.”
