they have two different personalities, at the end of the day they are what they are. Henry wasnt like Ronaldo yet he was immensely successful as a player no? and i can name 100s others

Just because he has a quiet demeanor doesn't mean he doesn't compete hard... they asked him this summer what he thought about the CF competition at Madrid with Aguero or Neymar potentially joining, he answered that he fears nobody and can beat out anyone... except R9. He's just not one to show much emotion. Just the way he is.

I just feel that he likes to accomodate others too much rather that take stuff for himself.He is like the complete opposite of Ronaldo .They could learn from each other is all I'm saying.

That's true. Benz is too much of a team player. He likes to become part of the flow. Blanc is forcing him to take charge with the France NT by calling him the superstar #1 player for the squad + making him take part in all the pre and post game media sessions. That will help him, France NT and also Madrid.

Exactly he's too caught up in making those around him like him and pleasing them than proving himself on the pitch. Honestly, It's on him to stop ronaldo from taking 20 shots a game and he needs to do it quickly.

Actually no... that's on Mou. Nobody else on the team can tell CR7 to do anything. Both Higuain and Benz drifted the last game and Higuain is definitely not the shy type. Besides, both Benz and Higuain were making run after run. It's up to their teammates to pass them the ball.

Higuain stopped it the year before last tho. And I doubt Pelligrini said anything to Ronaldo.Somebody needs to make it happen , Benz or Mou.

Really being shy doesn't help him. he must realize that he is a star for his club and NT. a bit more self confidence isn't bad at all.

It's really more on Xabi and Ozil. As long as Benz make the runs, they need to make him the passes. I think they will.

For the France NT, the standing order is to find Benz wherever he is lol.

Was he ever pissed during the post match interview. Actually never seen him quite like this. Very cold. Very direct. Just not happy. Some quotes:

"difficult game for us. But at least we did the minimum and took the point. That's just the way it is sometimes."

"personally, very difficult game for me. It will always be hard for a cf when he can't get a pass, let alone a decent one. I tried to make some runs but received nothing."

He's coming out of his shell. lol.
