Schedule Clash? Empty Schedule Clash?

So first leg of the cup is on tonight/tomorrow depending on your time zone in madrid, but my cousin is also flying to madrid tonight for World Youth Day, which means you've got around 80,000 people in madrid for the game plus you've got a similar amount of people flying into madrid for World Youth Day, and although not all of them will be there when the games on there would be lots of stuff set up for the celebrations etc

sounds like a logistical nightmare, hows this being managed?
