Udinese should just concede the game, why bother. They are a Serie B side talent-wise and will be relegated this year for sure.

Udinese's greatest hope is that the Cesc deal somehow gets closer to completion so that he refuses to play in order not to disqualify himself from playing in the Champions League with Barcelona.

They don't need him, however Udinese stand a chance against a Cesc-less Arsenal. Either way they're favourites, however Cesc's absence would open the door for an upset.
Pozzo should have requested that Cesc not be allowed to play against Udinese as part of the Sanchez deal, if the situation arose

this is why italy needs Roma and Juventus back,,,seriously these Sampdoria, Udinese type of clubs of Serie A is destroying the whole league by qualifying, then again it's Juve's and Roma's fault for sucking so badly and allowing these sh1t clubs to waste a golden ticket....

I wouldn't write Udinese off totally.
The first leg is at the Emirates and we'll be without Nasri and van Persie because of suspension. Even if Cesc does play we'll have the dreadfully out of form Chamakh at front. So we might not even score, at all.
