unlike all games Harmonica hypes Kingdom Come always had my interest even if the first one seems to lack polish but this one i definitely want to get into unless it requires the first one to play.
kind of tired of fantasy rather than actual historical recreations in this case the bohemian era for I always wished i could be in the past to glimpse at it and KC seems quite the chance for it.

I would definitely play the first one first, as it's a near perfect rpg, and it's only like 6€ on Steam. The story of KCD2 is a direct continuation from it. It will also teach a lot of the game mechanics of KCD2 beforehand. Although I read that they have simplified some of the mechanics like alchemy, which I liked. Learning to read is swapped by learning of latin and being a scholar which is a nice continuation.

i definitely will. i appreciate that youre not some poor peasant to ungodly hero throughout but very much an unassuming grounded person with basic combat skills, speaking of the combat to me always caught my eye rather than just hacking and slashing so i will take your advice on doing the first.

Although I never give value of anybody else opinion about games, at least previews are looking good. Seems that fighting is streamlined a bit and master strike spamming is removed, which is good.
