Yeah, he is unlike any top spanish midfielder atm, some weird box to box with passing, playmaking dribbling and size, about as tall as Marchisio lol. He plays a lot of defense as well and has a very good touch.

Nothing wrong with him, he is a true Real Madrid CM. We always played more direct that the rest of la liga and the setup for 4-4-2 requires two very capable/ complete CMs
P.S. Him and Carvajal are very high on my list of possibly successful Canteranos ->first team material

Well at least he got the attention of the fake Ronaldo [aka CR]

Alex can always become Xabis successor. Mou also said he has the quality to make it in the first team so atleast he has been thinking about him

Marchisio has been pivotal to juventus so far in some matches agreed but Vidal and pirlo has been better than him by a fair amount.

Sahin is actually a proven player,being named as BL best player is no joke.Again would you take Marchisio ahead of Sahin if you get a chance? dont bring that depends

Lose defensive ability in the middle, by putting ozil or..
Lose attacking ability by executing a "trivote"

If sahin engaged in a trivote with alonso and Lass ( a physical player, better option than khedira in this case)

he would be able to offer support in midfield, while serve as a mobile anchor which can spray balls to the team's players.


Im sure that you can do wonders without him, but you'd have to be precise in your opportunities ( something you werent good at yesterday)

I couldn't help but notice as well, that some may go off and attempt to suggest the acquisition of a player like m'vila, but that could be a bit unnessecary, and a predicament in my opinion.

Sahin was left out of the squad for Sevilla,so was Granero.Neither of them are injured and it was Mou's decision.

That was a bit wierd.

One article said 'We will be patient and have confidence in Sahin.' Then 'Sahin left out of list due to technical decision'.

Sahin is turning out to be an only in Copa/CL thing, apart from that osasuna (?) game he hasnt played much in La Liga.

8.5/10, was great tonight. numerious long through balls, had a goal and assist to finish this up. all while playing as a DM. he is on the verge of recovering his form. stole alot of balls too.

his tackling was pretty solid today. also that assist was pure class.

seems to be getting there,.. im expecting much more progress from him though
