Yesterday they took the first formal campaigning process in which they've approached Blatter with the subject, even though they had made their intentions known for over 2 years now. The first WC was hosted in Uruguay during 1930, and Argentina & Uruguay want to bring it back for the 100th anniversary.

Really?

No offense, but this Copa América was terrible. Terrible pitches, terrible lack of power during the game, terrible everything. They couldn't even play the national anthems right. It was shameful.

Sorry dude, but a LOT will have to be changed lest they have a chance.

Other than that, I do hope they get it.

qatar's got the money to build the stadiums, etc, etc, etc.

but yeah, i mean, we got it in brazil, so why couldnt you? corruption always works, it's already working in out country, it's shameful. the WC in our country is unfortunately a mistake.
