He was the boss in the majority of big games, but i agree he was below his standard's last season.
Busquet's and Iniesta were much better.

True Ozil has done extrmely well at RM. I still don't think he's at Xavi level though.

Re: Uefa's new European award
Take out Pique and replace with Alves and Xavi with Ozil and I think it's a decent panel.
Or increase it to 15 to keep people from being upset which may still get people upset...

Re: Uefa's new European award
And another thing, why Rooney? Wasn't it Chicharito who was clutch for most of the season. I know Rooney picked up some form late on but I think he probably deserves that spot.
But wouldn't matter, this award is pretty meaningless honestly...

Tbh Chicarito was clutch in the 2nd half of the season when Rooney played behind him, first half of the season Berbatov was the clutch one.
At the end of the day i dont believe any of them were top 10 over the season, but if any of them where it was Hernandez.

Re: Uefa's new European award
There is a reason why I don't take individual awards seriously anymore. Rooney, Pique, Xavi there instead of Eto'o, Iniesta and Ozil. SMH.
