UCL knockout stage draw needs reshapping

Teams finishing first get worst draw than teams finishing 2nd. This sucks tbh.

PSG should've been rewarded with an easier tie than facing the holders, as their reward for finishing first ahead of Bayern. yet it's Bayern who get the eaiser team in the form of Besiktas, despite finishing 2nd.

And what's happening with Roma vs Shakthar, one of these 2 teams are gonna play the UCL quarterfinals, when a much better team like PSG is out.

Your post makes no sense. You can't control who finishes first in a group.
Unless with revamp you mean, scrap the groups and go straight to a last 16 draw weighted by the UEFA team coefficient. Maybe some "historical merit" too?

PSG was going at either Spurs or Madrid and neither are an easy game, in fact Spurs beat Madrid so is there any guarantee that PSG would have done better against them?

I just had a grand idea: why don't wr just say the best teams over a period of the last three years progress regardless of the result?! I'm onto something here imo.
