It's rich when Barca fans complain about referees when they are the biggest receiver of favorable calls from refs.

I like Rudiger and he deserves to start but I wanted Rudiger-Militao but Carlo likes Alaba so there's that. I am just glad we had Rudiger. Imagine going into the season without a proper CB partnership.

If VAR did not exist in La Liga, Real Madrid would be the league leaders, with 78 points. Barça would have 75 points.

Bayern had legitimate grievances in 2017 but the rest of that tweet is mostly nonsense City and Juventus in particular. For the former, not being able to finish your chances doesn't constitute a robbery. For the latter, refs aren't supposed to care about Buffon's feelings or legacy when whistling a stonewall penalty

Pretty clear Ancelotti's new game plan is to play without a 9 though it seems, thinking Bellingham n the front 2 will be enough to score enough goals, whether it works out will be intriguing to see. The midfield n set pieces will need to make up the numbers also. Prolly bring on Joselu when chasing goals or when game plan is changed once in a while to mix things up. Basically mostly it feels hinges on whether Bellingham turns out to be a success or a flop

That was frankly bizarre and even more bizarre that the referee did not caution him but he failed to caution Suarez too so there's that.
