I think Villa could make the top 5 this season and build on what they achieved last season. I think Chelsea will improve after last season, and possibly finish top 4, since they’ve changed their squad lots over the summer, and have done well in pre-season.

They have Nkunku and Enzo Fernandes, who are both very good players, at least. Caicedo will be a great addition to their squad, if they manage to get him. If Mudryk, Cucurella and Fofana manage to find some form, they'll at least have a few players who can make a difference at the top level. Reece James and Ben Chilwell are decent defenders, as well. They have a few over the hill players that need to be replaced, but I don't think their situation is quite as bad as it might seem when you look at the players they've got. They'll have a lot of money to spend on players next season, considering how many players they've sold.

For the first time ever, I see Chelsea trying to play some sort of football, at least trying to be entertaining. Otherwise Liverpool vs Chelsea have ended in 0-0 draws for the last 4 times.

Gakpo doesnt know to defend James, dont think this lineup is good for Liverpool either. So many chances for Cheslea also.

This is a very attacking and risky line up from Klopp. Gakpo obviously a forward player is not able to play midfield role, he knows only one thing and that is link up-attack.
Jota if injured could be replaced around half time.

To be honest, Poch has done a good job with his team in short time. If Poch gets spend crazy money again in following windows, I can easily see him building a title challenging side.

Very entertaining match. Back to back stuff by 2 teams that don't seem to have any solid DMs. Salah could/should have 2 and looks to be back on his best form. Poch has Chelsea playing attractive football against all odds. The draw at HT was deserved after a brief spell of dominance by pool.
