Perez has admitted mistakes he made in his first term when he was far too involved in footballing matters. The first thing he did when he came back was getting rid of the trouble makers. Slowly he got rid of all Mendes' clients who gave him nothing but grief. He let ZZ bury Bale despite him being a multi million signing. He got rid of Ronaldo when his whining and threats became unbearable and didn't want him back when he begged him to take him back, same thing with Ramos and his insufferable agent.

Perez clearly has his favourites who get his unwavering support despite doing shit that are bad for the optics (Benz) but he has learnt his lesson and will leave the footballing matters to the coach and Angel Rodriguez who ZZ dislikes but who is a grear CEO.

We are probably the best run club in the world where everyone knows their role and respects the club's "law and order"

Last game, Vinicius was playing fairly well as a CF for a good portion of game. That might be a Carlo request. It had been tried earlier in season and it didn’t go well. It may turn out to be Carlo’s plan!

I also think you’ll see Endick at CF at times next season.

And don’t loose sight of Güler. He is showing more each opportunity he gets. Did you see the goal he almost scored (bounced off of crossbar) from centre line?

While Rodrygo has enjoyed the majority of time this season, there is a fairly long list of forwards that may jump over him. Endick, Brahim, Güler and Joselu. Re Joselu, word is club is planning on signing him. I had thought he would return to Espanyol if they make it back to la liga, but apparently it is in his contract that he can be bought if they got relegated.

There is a wealth of talent there, both in forwards and midfielders. Carlo will be challenged as to who and where to play!

Mbappe may come with an ego, as most top players usually do, but as long as he fits into team and doesn’t think he bigger than team we’ll be ok. From my distance view from afar, I think that is the way it is at both PSG and French NT.

Club is still, in pursuit of Davies and Yoro. Also considering purchasing Gutierrez ( cost is only 6.5 - from buyback negotiated when they sold him). If they do, he will be the backup option if Davies doesn’t come. And if Davies does come, they would have option of reselling again for much higher price or keep him and sell both Mendy and Fran.

Nacho’s renewal will depend on whether Yoro comes or not.

And no news at RB, other than they are buying a prospect from Atleti and playing at Castilla. Looks like they feel Vinicius isn’t good enough. So it looks like Lucas will be renewed for another year backing up Carvajal.

This team is shaping up just like City, a team not only with strong starters, but a competent bench as well. Given the abundance of injuries, that is exactly what is needed in today’s game. A pleasant headache for Carlo no doubt.
