CL elimination: Real M. or City
Today’s the big day. A lot of anxiety here with a win by two necessary and Ramos our.
Lineup is likely
Courtois; Carvajal, Varane, Militao, Mendy; Modric, Casemiro, Kross; Asensio, Benzema, Hazard
And likely subs Valverde, Isco, Vinicius, Rodrigo
Interesting side show, Bale has been left back in Madrid with Zidane saying it was Bale saying he didn’t want to go, while real story was they wanted negative attitude away (reported to be both Bale and James) and suspended Ramos is there for his positive effect on team esp. in dressing room. WhileZidane is explaining Bale decision to press, pictures have been taken of Bale playing golf at same time!
It sounds like we are going to have the next month or so with Zidane trying to force a Bale move.
Here’s hoping the CL pursuit continues

Pretty evident of our poor playing out from the back. Midfield has been atrocious at picking their men as well.
Need good changes in midfield. Bring on fede.

We need a player tha can get in behind there defense. If vinicius wasn't shite at finishing, he'd be perfect

Honestly we should be down by at least 3 goals. Atrocious performance. City is not very good at all

Poor performance... Credits to City for easily negating our midfield.

I have never rated Varane. Absolute terrible player being handheld by Ramos. We'll be fucked when Ramos retires.
Oh and fuck ZZ for Kroosing Vinicius for that fat ghost. I would never buy any player from the EPL anymore. They are all crap

Re: CL elimination: Real M. or City
A little late, in fact too late, but I just found out Madrid got KOed by City.
Not going to lie, I'm a little disappointed because I really hate losing to Pep, but it's easier to take solace in the arms of a league title than with nothing.
This year has been very difficult for everybody including clubs, and all things considered, Madrid did well this season.
From next season though, we need to get back to reaching the latter stages of the CL. We shouldn't let getting knocked out in the last 16 of the competition becomes a trend, and it has been two years a row already, things must change in this regard next season.

Varane's most recent instagram post got bombarded by thousands of hateful and negative messages.
He won't be logging in for a while.

They have very little in common, apart from arriving here when they were in their late 20s. Kaka arrived following a string of injuries and with a resulting lack of explosiveness. His dribbling and pace were far below expectations, but he still occasionally found ways to make himself useful without relying on the exceptional movement he was once known for.
Hazard lacked fitness when he arrived. I don’t get the impression that he’s declined physically, but he doesn’t make the effort to be more impactful or involved than the average Joe. Injuries doesn’t make his situation any better. There’s still hope for Hazard, but he absolutely has to stay in shape next season. It’s absolutely baffling that a player of his pedigree can’t even take care of himself physically.
