How long will Mikel Arteta be Arsenal‘s manager?
Re: Mikel Arteta Sack Watch
Need to sell the parasite which is Ozil first.
Then we need a Marquee midfield signing. Partey is good but we need a creative midfielder.

Re: Mikel Arteta Sack Watch
Are you guys deluded? Why would Thomas Partey leave La Liga's 3rd place, guaranteed Champions League spot and a chance to win it to join a mid-table club in England with no European participation, let alone a chance to win it. Sure, Rodri left them last season to play in EPL, but for €70 million, and to a vastly superior team than Arsenal while doubling his salary. The only way Arsenal can dream to get him is to show both Atlético and the Ghanaian a lot of money. And frankly as someone who watches La Liga consistently, he ain't all that. You'd be wiser spending your money elsewhere.
Also completely disagree with the notion that Arteta doesn't have good players at his disposal. Sure, the squad isn't good enough for CL spot but 10th? Come on. Think if a better manager would have gotten better results with this squad. Do you think Nuno or Pochettino would have been mid-table with this squad? I think not.

What part of my post was hating Arsenal? All I say is stop overrating Farteta after 2 fluke wins. He ain't no Simeone and he certainly ain't no Pep. He has the potential to be a good manager in the same category as Rodgers, Emery or Sarri but never close to world class coaches like Pep or Klopp.
Re: Mikel Arteta Sack Watch
I know Pepe hasn't hit the ground running but jeez I don't understand his insistence on fielding fodder like Nketiah or some other bum on the RW instead.

Re: Mikel Arteta Sack Watch
özil is a legit bum who peaked at 26. One of the worst attitudes I have seen from a professional. Accomplished close to nothing in Arsenal and never ever showed up when they truly needed him. Send this over the hill midfielder back to Bremen.
Arteta is clearly using what he has rather than expecting more out of them. The squad's problem is that they generally lack so any sort of on-field IQ and of course the perennial lack of confidence the team has to play in a shell rather than going for what he will aim.
A new Fernandes is ideal but the word is more leadership on the field than anything. A Roy Keane more than a Fernandes.

Re: Mikel Arteta Sack Watch
Seen more improvement from Arsenal post Arteta than Spurs post Mou tbh, in like half the time.
And part of the recent improvement for Spurs is Alderweireld. You know, the guy Mou was benching for Eric "Not good enough for the Championship" Dier. Literally took Dier getting banned for Toby to get a starting place. Mou should be kissing Toby's feet.
Anyway, after a rough start I've been increasingly impressed with Arteta/Arsenal. They have a long way to go, but I see better tendencies in this team than when Emery was at the helm

imagine if that dreadful day in late August 2011 turns out to be the reason The Chosen One's path was paved for The Arsenal
I will truly become a Karmic priest and teach the word of the Universe to the masses if he wins Arsenal a Premier League title.

Will be gone by next season at this rate.
Forget all the hope I had. His team is boring to watch. A Waitrose Burnley.
Will pick up the odd good result against big teams but against everyone else his cowardly tactics come out.
Got Aubameyang playing a left winger where he doesn't shoot all game. Genius.

Re: Mikel Arteta Sack Watch
I'm not seeing any development of the squad at all, and haven't this entire time.
What the hell was Guardiola telling this dude?
Honestly Pep is probably not the person to learn from unless you're going to have the best players in the world lmao. This dude probably tried to get this team to play more dynamic and realized how shit they were. Went to the drawing board and came out with the idea to....be boring as hell and grind out occasional results.
I'd stick with him a while longer, but his time is running out. There has been no improvement.

He‘s so bad that I‘m starting to miss Bumery.
It‘s like Sam Allardyce finally got his chance at a big club.

Re: Mikel Arteta Sack Watch
What's the case for Arteta at this point?
He came with no record or experience, with nothing to show for and thus no successes to point to, just the aura of having been a much lauded assistant to Pep for a couple of years.
We had no idea what kind of manager he would be, he showed promise but now..
What does he show?
What has he managed to do that, say, a Dieter Hecking couldn't have done?
Why shouldn't he be replaced?

According to some of the Arsenal fans, Arsenal were title contenders before they played Liverpool and lost 3-1

Exactly. Peps philosophy only works if you have the best of the best. Now Arteta is dumbfounded because plan A didnt work and he doesn't know any other way.

I've watched enough Arsenal games and idk why I keep doing it.
It's not just the results. The football is dreadful. He needs to go
